Meet Your Coaches

Ellie Hoad
Founder & Coach

With a degree in Osteopathy and Human Biology and nearly a decade of experience as a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Ellie combines science-backed training with a no-BS, lifestyle-friendly approach to body transformation.

While studying, she organically grew a social media community of over 800,000 women—and has since helped thousands transform their bodies and habits without sacrificing the things they love.

Her core philosophy?
You should never have to give up your favourite foods, skip social events, or follow extreme rules to get results.

Ellie’s clients live full, balanced lives while smashing their goals—and the best part? It never feels like a “diet.”

She shares the same ethos as Ellie: no extremes, no restrictions—just smart, sustainable training that fits your life. Lizzy is a core part of the team, and her passion for empowering women shines through in everything she does.

Shannon Rose Cox
Coach

Shannon is a London-based personal trainer and yoga teacher with a strong foundation in nutrition and body recomposition. Her approach blends movement, mindfulness, and science to help women create lasting change—inside and out.

As a coach at a women-only studio that merges neuroscience with fitness, Shannon is passionate about guiding women to reconnect with their bodies, build self-respect, and move with purpose. Her mission? To empower women to take charge of their well-being and live in alignment with their values.

Through her own fitness journey, Shannon discovered that real progress isn’t about extremes—it’s about balance. She doesn’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, she champions small, consistent changes that create big shifts over time. For Shannon, a stronger physique is simply the by-product of a more aligned and fulfilling life.
