The Sign Up Process

STEP 1: Apply to Get Started

If you are ready to invest in yourself and begin your journey, please fill out the application form and click the button to start a conversation with Ellie on WhatsApp.

STEP 2: Receive Your Welcome Message

After we receive your application, you will receive a response within 24 hours through WhatsApp. Here, Ellie will send you all of the information you need to know, including full details on how the coaching works, what you can expect and what is expected from you.

STEP 3: Provide Your Personal Information

If you choose to move forward, you will complete a second form. This form will provide us with all of the information we need in order to create the most effective and personalised plan for you.

STEP 4: Confirm Your Coaching Space

You will then receive payment information. Payments are made by card through a direct debit arrangement, which will be set up for you. If preferred, we can also use PayPal. Your coaching place will be officially reserved once your payment has been received.

STEP 5: Access Your Coaching Application

You will receive a receipt along with instructions on how to download the coaching application, which is where you will access all of your plans and materials.

STEP 6: Your Personal Plan Is Created

Your plan will be created within five to seven days. We will agree on a start date with your allocated coach, who will be either Ellie or Lizzy.

STEP 7: Begin Your 12 Week Coaching Journey

Throughout the 12 weeks, you will have continuous support at all times through WhatsApp from both Ellie and Lizzy. Each week, you will complete a check-in through the coaching application by entering your details and completing a questionnaire. Your coach will make any required adjustments, answer your questions, and send you a detailed voice message explaining your feedback and next steps.
